2025 European Flight Test Safety Workshop

The Flight Test Safety Committee, a joint committee of SFTE, AIAA, and SETP, announces the European Flight Test Safety Workshop scheduled for November 4-5, 2025, in Trieste, Italy. This is an official call for abstracts from testers on all subject matters. Selected presentations receive a 30-minute slot (25 minutes presentation, 5 minutes Q&A). No formal proceedings are published. Abstracts should be sent to Marco Rizzato of Pipistrel via Susan@setp.org. The deadline is August 15, 2025. Membership in SETP, SFTE, or AIAA is not required to submit. Preliminary Schedule: - Tuesday, November 4: Tutorial and Pipistrel technical tour - Wednesday, November 5: Technical presentations and keynote dinner Hotel: Starhotels Savoia Excelsior Palace, Trieste. Room booking deadline is July 31, 2025. Single occupancy: €170/night; Double occupancy: €200/night.
