High-Angle of Attack & Departure Testing: A Capsule Talk at IAFTPS

Wg Cdr P. Awasthi (Retd) and Wg Cdr M. Patel (Retd) from HAL Flight Operations conducted an insightful capsule talk on high angle of attack (AOA) and departure testing for students of the 47th Flight Test Course at IAFTPS.

The talk covered practical aspects of high-AOA flight test techniques, departure characteristics, and recovery procedures — essential knowledge for the next generation of Indian test pilots.
