Joby Aviation (Marina, California) is seeking a full-time Test Pilot (Job ID: 2025-4038) to perform flight test activities including test planning and execution.

Requirements

• Long course TPS graduate (or equivalent)
• 3+ years post-training flight test experience
• 50+ hours experimental/certification flight test
• BS or equivalent degree
• Commercial certificate (fixed and/or rotorcraft)
• 1,000+ hours PIC

Desired Qualifications

• Fixed and rotary wing experience
• AV-8/F-35B or V-22 background
• FAA certification experience
• Electric aircraft familiarity

Compensation

$175,648–$254,805 base salary + RSUs + healthcare + 401(k) match + ESPP + disability coverage.
