LCH Prachand's Successful Armament Validation
LCH Prachand successfully completed inaugural live firing of its 70mm rockets and 20mm turret guns, day and night, validating full armament capability of an LCH Squadron.
The Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) Prachand achieved a significant milestone with the inaugural firing of its 70mm rocket and 20mm turret guns, successfully executed both by day and night.
The live fire was observed by Lt. Gen. AK Suri, Director General of Army Aviation, flying in the lead helicopter of a three-aircraft formation. The trials successfully validated the complete armament capability of an LCH Squadron, marking a major step forward in India's indigenous attack helicopter programme.
