5th Annual Symposium: Indian Section
The 5th SETP Indian Section Symposium will be held on 11 July 2026 in Bangalore, India. This year's Symposium Chairman is Air Marshal Vikram "Polly" Singh, IAF (M). The seminar theme for this year is "Modern Trends in Flight Testing".
Planned Programme
Call for Papers
The technical committee welcomes presentations on flight testing of all kinds of vehicles. Submit abstracts by 01 May 2026 to laurie@setp.org. Abstracts should be no more than 250 words.
Presentation Guidelines
Each technical presentation is given a 30-minute slot, including 25 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for audience questions. Presentations must be technically oriented, not sales oriented.
Focus Areas
We welcome papers on first-person accounts and lessons learnt from testing programs undertaken by members and the Indian flight test community.
Organisational Input
Organisations are encouraged to share development lessons learnt. Why were decisions made? Could they have been done better?
