The workshop was scheduled for October 12-14, 2021 at the Royal Air Force Club in London. Its theme focused on Improving Flight Test Safety Through Enhanced Safety Risk Management. The event included an interactive tutorial led by industry experts exploring effective safety risk management definitions and references. A group exercise helped attendees identify test hazards, their causes, and mitigation strategies. Proposals were due July 31, 2021. A Best Paper Award was presented at the RAF Club dinner to the presentation judged most valuable for improving flight test safety.
