NAL Finalising Production Partner for HANSA-NG Trainer Aircraft
NAL is finalising a production partner for the HANSA-NG, a two-seater trainer with glass cockpit and Rotax-912iSc engine — successor to the original HANSA design.
The National Aerospace Laboratories (NAL) has developed the HANSA-New Generation (HANSA-NG), a two-seater trainer aircraft featuring a glass cockpit, Rotax-912iSc sports engine, and steerable nose wheel. The aircraft is the successor to the earlier HANSA design from approximately 20 years prior.
NAL is currently finalising a production partner to bring the HANSA-NG to serial production — a key step in strengthening India's indigenous light aircraft manufacturing capability.
